Open Hyz DesktopHyz Desktop is the platform's native desktop workbench: the same account and the same data, with the compute running locally on your machine. It bundles its own processing engine (installed and supervised by the app itself — no system Python, no open ports), works with large files the browser cannot carry, and keeps working where there is no network.
Status: in development — there is no download. An internal build runs today; rollout is Windows first, then macOS, with early access by invitation. Register interest, or use Hyz Workspace today.

The governing rule: the server owns the assets; the desktop is a workbench and a lens onto them. You sign in with your Haiyz account — against Haiyz Cloud or your organization's Enclave — and what you produce flows back to the platform.
Hyz Desktop is included from the Plus plan upward — Plus is per-person self-activation; Enterprise licenses seats centrally and can sign into either perimeter. See pricing.
Open Account › Subscription & desktop. If your account includes the desktop — a seat in your organization, or Plus — the current build for macOS and Windows is there with its release notes and a checksum. Install hands you a download link that expires after fifteen minutes; the installer itself never passes through the API. If the desktop is not included, the page says why and how to ask for a seat.
The desktop runs only on a device holding a licence issued to your account and that device. It is issued when you sign in, renewed silently at every check, and it keeps the app working offline for thirty days; for seven more days the app works with a banner, then it locks until it can check again. Each seat holder may activate up to three devices (two on a personal Plus licence); an administrator sees them under Organization › Desktop in the Console and can revoke one — the device locks at its next check.
A machine that never reaches the server is licensed from a file: read the device id under Preferences › Account, an administrator downloads a licence file for it in the Console (valid for up to a year), and the desktop imports it from the sign-in screen.
On the first run the desktop shows the terms and the desktop addendum and records your acceptance.
